Four steps, from picking a time to your live lesson.
Choose an open slot. This is a temporary hold, not a confirmed booking.
Picking a time only holds the slot. If payment isn't received within 30 minutes, the hold is cancelled and the time is opened to other students.
If a day or time isn't open, that slot is closed. Contact us to check evenings or weekends. Availability isn't guaranteed.
Send payment within 30 minutes of picking your time. You'll get a confirmation email once it arrives.
No other payment methods are accepted. Thank you!
Your instructor emails the Teams link before the class.
Your live 1:1 lesson. Clear explanations, real project examples and step-by-step guidance on exactly what you need, so you leave with answers and new skills.
Each session lasts 50 minutes.
Sessions are booked first come, first served. Due to high demand, early booking is recommended.
Sessions are online. In-person sessions cost $20 more per class, in selected areas only. Contact us to confirm your location.
Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable and can't be rescheduled.
No compensation is given for time lost when a student arrives late.
A session is confirmed only once payment is received by e-transfer.

A 25% rush fee applies to lessons booked with short notice, usually within 24 hours. It covers schedule adjustments and priority accommodation. Short-notice availability isn't guaranteed.
7-session package policy
All seven sessions are scheduled at the time of purchase. All general terms above also apply.
Valid for 30 days from payment. Unused classes aren't carried over, credited or refunded.
The package isn't valid for group sessions.
Yes. All classes are 100% live, with real-time instruction and instant support.

A mouse with a scroll wheel, the software you plan to use (installed) and Microsoft Teams (for online classes).

Yes. Many students book two classes back to back for a longer session, when availability allows.
No. Students get their own licence. Start with the free 30-day trial; AutoCAD LT and Revit LT are more affordable after that. University students can get a free student version from Autodesk.
